Big Leaves is written and edited by Justin Vance. I write mostly to help myself remember what plants in my garden did well and when certain plants did what. I have been gardening since I was a kid, and can’t see that changing. I like plants that are challenging, unusual, and that have vast expanses of green. Really, the quirkier the better.
